Harlem & Irving is proud to present Revision by label partner Brian Kelly working under the moniker, Supplement. Spread over two tracks, the EP deepens Brian’s ideas of using sound to challenge and disrupt ‘the known’ and develop alternate ways of ‘knowing.’ The title track begins with a whisper and quickly unfolds into layers of found sound, piano, percussion, and ethereal voices only to suddenly fall off a sonic cliff and slowly re-emerge from distorted sludge into a soothing lullaby of melodic and tonal guitars and pulses. Revisioned takes the warm source material of the title track and reworks it into something colder, distant, and urgent, with references to dub techno peaking through sheets of distortion and reverb.
